Policy Overview:
At Ignite, we encourage our clients to introduce new people to our community. To ensure fair use of our guest pass system, we have established the following policy:

Policy Details:
1. Single Use Limitation: Each client at Ignite can issue a guest pass to only one person, and it can be used only one time. Once a guest has utilized a guest pass, they are not eligible to receive another one in the future.
2. Eligibility: Guest passes are intended for new clients who have never attended an Ignite class before.
3. Issuance: Clients must register the issuance of their guest pass, including the guest's full name and contact information, with the Ignites front desk or via our designated online system.
4. Redemption: Guests must present their guest pass upon arrival for their first class. The pass will be verified to ensure compliance with the single-use policy.
5. Non-Transferability: Guest passes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged, sold, or given to another individual.
6. Violations: Any misuse of the guest pass policy will result in the pass being voided, and the client may face restrictions on issuing future guest passes.

By following this policy, we can ensure that everyone has a fair opportunity to experience Ignite.
Thank you for your cooperation.

Ignites Early Departure From Class Policy:
At Ignite, we strive to maintain a focused and undisturbed environment for all participants. To minimize disruptions, we have established the following policy regarding early departures from class:
Please note some Barre and Sculpt classes will vary in time depending on the playlist and exercises.
Barre 50-60 mins
Sculpt 45-48 mins
Cycle 45-50 mins

Notification: If you anticipate needing to leave a class early, please inform the instructor before the class begins.

Quiet Departure: When leaving early, do so quietly and discreetly to avoid disrupting others.
Refrain from engaging in conversations or making excessive noise.
Equipment: Leave your mat, and any other equipment in place. Do not attempt to clean up or put away equipment during the class. Our staff will handle this after the class ends.

Exit Route: Use the nearest exit to leave the studio, minimizing movement across the room.
